2 c. Sliced Celery
2 c. Chopped Onion
1/2 c. butter
2 Large Bottles Ketsup
1 c. Water
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1 Lemon- squeezed
4 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 c. Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter until soft.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour.
Use with shaved roast beef or chuck roast cooked 3 hours. With two forks, shred meat and add to sauce.
