2½ pounds of ground beef
1¼ pounds of ground pork
2 slices of bread made into crumbs
⅓ c. of oatmeal
4 eggs beaten
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp mustard
1 c. of tomato sauce
1 medium onion chopped
1 small can of evaporated milk
freshly ground pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and place in loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour at 400º

Chris (her grandaughter) stated, "my grandmother made the best meatloaf and I loved it. I would sit on a step ladder as she made it for Sunday dinner."
