2 onions chopped
4 stalks celery chopped
1 lb. hamburger
1 stick butter
1 loaf of dried bread crumbs
2 eggs
milk
chicken base
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer onions, celery, and hamburger in butter.
Mix together bread, eggs, salt & pepper.
Add hamburger mixture to bread crumbs in casserole dish.
Mix chicken base with milk and pour over stuffing.
Add enough milk so you can see it in casserole dish.
Bake in oven at 350º for 1 hour.
