½ gallon gas

Chopped liver

1 hard boiled egg, chopped

crackers, appetizer size rye bread, matzo- whatever

Get in car, drive to Publix, go to deli, buy a container of Publix made chopped liver, really, it's good. Also pick up your crackers or whatever you're serving it on.

Go home, plate it and surround with crackers, garnish with the chopped egg. If you don't live near a Publix or a decent deli where you can get chopped liver, move. You do not belong there- go to your people....

I have made chopped liver, but the Publix stuff is so good, it's just not worth the hassle. If you garnish with the chopped egg, you can pass it off as homemade. There maybe some who would turn their nose up at store bought, F them. They are not your friends, do not invite them back to your home ever again.
