10 oz. chopped spinach (2 pkg frozen chopped spinach)
1 c. water chestnuts, chopped
1 pkg. Knorr dry vegetable soup mix
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
3 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine chopped spinach (thawed and well drained) with chopped water chestnuts, dry vegetable soup mix, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix well and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours. Serve cold with chips, crackers, bread or raw vetetables. Makes a nice presentation in a large round loaf of bread, middle taken out and dip served in the bread bowl. Use bread taken out to make bread bowl for dipping.
