2 Cups Flour
1½ Cups Sugar
¼ tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Cups Crushed Pineapple with juice (Dole #2 Cans)
2 Whale Eggs - beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients with spoon. Do not beat. Pour into greased & floured 13" x 9" pan. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes. Cake will be very brown. Don't worry. Cool cake for 5 minutes, then spread the topping mixture over all.

1 Stick Margarine
1 Small Can Evaporated Milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
2/3 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
1/2 Cup Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, mix first 4 ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil until thick (about 10 minutes). Add 1/2 Cup chopped nuts and 1/2 Cup coconut. Cook 5 more minutes.
