3/4 C. Margarine
1 1/2 C. Flour
3 tbsp. Sugar
Mix well, press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

2 8oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
1 1/2 C. 10x Sugar

Mix and add 1 1/2 C. Cool Whip. Spread over shell. Blend 3 3oz. packages lemon instant pudding with 4 1/2 C. milk. Beat until thick. Spread over first layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Chill 12 hours.
