1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
3½ cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 ¾-pound bag chocolate kisses (unwrapped)

Preheat oven to 375º. Cream sugars, butter, and peanut butter. Add and beat in eggs, milk, and vanilla. Sift and stir in flour, baking soda, and salt. Shape into ¾-inch balls and roll in additional sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375º for 8 to 12 minutes depending on size. Take from oven and IMMEDIATELY press chocolate kiss into center of each cookie.
