1 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 package (12 oz.) or 2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
½ cup macadamia nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often until well mixed.
Reduce speed to low.
Add flour, baking soda and salt; beat until well blended.
Stir in white chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, and dried cranberries.
Drop dough by heaping tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheet.
Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes.
