2 large boxes Strawberry Jell-O®
4 C boiling water
4-5 C vanilla ice cream
1 C sliced strawberries, fresh or frozen
2 C crushed graham crackers
½ C butter, melted
¼ C sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Jell-O per box directions adding the boiling water till dissolved. Add ice cream till dissolved.
Set in refrigerator to thicken.
Mix graham crackers, butter and sugar and press in 9x13 pan (reserve a little bit graham cracker mixture).
Once the Jell-O mixture is thickened (not set, should be a pudding consistency) then stir in strawberries and pour over graham cracker crust.
Cover and set in refrigerator to set completely, about 1-2 hours
Before serving sprinkle the remaining graham crackers on top. Cut in squares and serve. This can be made the day ahead before needed.
