2 pkg of dry yeast or 2 yeast cakes
1 1/2 C hot water
1 C milk
1 T salt
5 T oil
2/3 C honey
8 C flour (6 C whole wheat and 2 white)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve in 1/2 C warm water, add 2 T sugar and set aside
In large bowl combine honey and hot water - mix
Add eggs, milk, salt and oil
Add 4 C flour and mix with a spoon
Now add the yeast mixture
Add balance of four 1 C at a time mixing after each cup is added
Let stand for 20 minutes
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Reduce heat to 300 and bake an additional 40 minutes or so
