6 Lg eggs
1 C ilk
1 C flour
dash of salt
1 tsp vanilla
5 Tbls butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F
Put the butter in an un-greased 9X13 baking dish and place in oven until butter is melted
Place eggs, milk, flour, salt and vanilla in a blender - cover and process until smooth
Pour batter into baking dish with melted butte
Bake for 22-27 minutes (may be done earlier)
Remove when edges are golden brown and puffy
Serve with powdered sugar, syrup or lemon curd
Can also add blueberries to the recipe
