Ingredients:  
1 3.4 cups unsifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Mix these together and set aside

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup shortening
Mix together then add:
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla

28 candy kisses (chilled)
Directions:

Bake at 375 degrees
Roll into small balls on uncreased cookie sheet

Bake for 12 minutes til light brown

Remove immediately, let sit for a minute then add the chocolate kisses - they will crack.
