1 pound Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pound of flour (4 cups

Directions:
Use electric mixer
cream butter very well
add cream cheese cream well
last add flour and mix well
make balls the size of walnuts
refrigerate overnight
let dough sit at room temperature 1/2 hour before rolling out
use pastry cloth on rolling pin
put powder sugar on rolling pin and area that you are going to roll on
roll each ball in powder sugar
fill circle with filling
roll and place the seam on top
grease pan and bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes depending on your oven
sprinkle when cooled with powdered sugar
