2 c. sugar
2/3 c. butter or shortening
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
5 c. flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter and gradually add sugar and mix thoroughly. Add eggs and beat until fluffy Add vanilla and sour cream and mix well.

Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture cup by cup. Mix well.

Chill for several hours

Rollout into your desired shape.

Bake at 375 for 8-9 minutes
