1 C sugar
3 Tbls. cornstarch
1/4 C butter
1 Tbls. grated lemon peel
1/4 C lemon juice
3 egg yolks
1 C milk
1 C sour cream
1 9" baked pie shell
1/2 C heavy cream
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan
Add butter, lemon peel, lemon juice and egg yolks
Stir in milk and cook over medium heat
Stir constantly until thickened.
Cool and then add in sour cream
Spoon into pie shell and chill
2 hours prior whip cream with a little sugar and spread on top of pie
