Ingredients:
1 head cabbage
1 lb ground beef
½ lb ground sausage
1 c. cooked rice
1 chopped medium onion
1 can condensed tomato soup + 1 can water (can also used crushed tomatoes)
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Core cabbage. Cook 20 minutes in boiling water. We have also found that you can remove the outer leaves and freeze them. When thawed, they are very pliable and will not burn your fingers. Mix remaining ingredients (except soup). Stuff and roll cabbage. Put into glass 13 x 9 pan. Cover with soup and bake 1½ to 2 hours covered with slit at 350º.
