4 Apples
1½ lbs. Sausage
2 Stalks of Celery (or more)
1 Onion, cut into wedges
Sage, salt and pepper
1 Box Saltine Crackers
Directions:
Directions:
Grind apples, sausage, celery, onion and saltines together alternately so mixture is well mixed. A course grinder works the best. Then fry on stove top, making sure sausage is thoroughly cooked. Season with sage, salt and pepper.
