4 cup flour
2 cup sugar
1 TBS baking powder
1Tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
4 TBS melted butter and add orange juice to make a total of 1&1/2 cups of liquid
1 # (1 bag) of fresh cranberries CUT IN HALF
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter/OJ and 2 eggs
Mix dry ingredients in separate bowel
Combine
Fold in fresh cranberries and walnuts
Place in greased and then floured loaf pan
Bake at 350 for approximately 60 min or when toothpick comes out clean from middle of loaf

Grandma will not forgive you if you do not cut cranberries in half, the improved taste is well worth the time!
