3 eggs beaten
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c nuts or chocolate chips
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º

Beat together oil, sugar, vanilla and eggs.

Mix flour, salt, soda, baking powder, and cinnamon together and add to egg mixture.
Stir in zucchini and pour into 2 greased bread pans.

Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
