12 eggs
1½ c. milk
cheese
ham or other cooked meat

Directions:
Butter 9 x 13 pan. Put layer of cheese (sliced or shredded - Margaret used slices of American) on bottom of pan. Mix milk, eggs, and meat, and pour over cheese. Bake at 350º F for 40 minutes.
