Ingredients:	Ingredients: ®1 1/2 C flour 1/2 C unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 c white sugar 1/2 c packed brown sugar 1/2 c butter, softened 1/4 c peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg Filling: 3/4 c confectioners sugar 3/4 c peanut butter

Directions:	Directions: 1. In small bowl blend flour, cocoa, and baking soda. 2. In large bowl beat sugar, butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, beat. Stir in flour mixture until blended. Set aside. 3. Mix filling by combining confectioners sugar and peanut butter. Blend well 4. Roll filling in hands to make 30 1" balls. Shape about 1 tbsp of dough around each ball, covering completely. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. 5, Bake at 375º for 7-9 minutes. When cookies are done they should be set and slightly cracked.
