1(2 lb.) package frozen hash browns
1 (16 oz) carton sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. round buttery cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Conbine all ingredients except cracker crumbs. Place in greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over top. Bake at 350ºF for about 1 hour or until bubbly.
