1-2 pounds of hamburger meat (cook first)
1-2 Mccormicks enchilada packet
Your choice of red enchilada sauce
thin out with chicken stock
Let boil for 1-2 minutes. If gets too thick thin out again with more chicken stock.


Serve over flat or rolled corn tortilla's with cheese.
