Cookie Dough:

1 cup butter, at room temp
1 c. brown sugar
½ c. granulated sugar
¼ c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. salt
1½ c. flour
1 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Make your favorite brownie recipe (boxed works great!)

Mix all cookie dough ingredients together and spread over cooled brownies.
