2 Cups Flour
1¼ Cups Sugar
2½ Teas. Baking Powder
1 Teas. Salt
⅓ Cup Shortening
1 Cup Milk
1 Egg
1 Teas. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 305º.

Mix sugar and shortening until fluffy. Add egg, mix. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt - mix into sugar and shortening alternately with milk and vanilla.

Bake in greased 9x13 inch pan for 30-35 minutes.

Frost!!!
