1 pkg. meatloaf mix
1 small onion, diced
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
dash salt & pepper
2 finely diced garlic
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 egg
3/4 cup season bread crumbs
1-2 slices stale bread, break in small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly with hands. If mix is too dry, add a little water. Wet your hands as you roll the meatballs. Brown in a pan with olive oil. Add meatballs to pot of tomato sauce. Simmer the meatballs for as long as you cook sauce.

If making the Meatball Stew, after browning, add meatballs to stew
and simmer another 1/2 hour.
