1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can corn
1 can red beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can Rotel tomatoes, diced
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomatoes, diced
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk Salad Dressing mix
1 pkg. taco seasoning
12-16 oz.of chicken broth

Saute ground beef and onion until beef is brown and onion is softened in a 6 qt. pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 1 hour or more. You may top with crushed tortilla chips and grated cheese.
