2 lbs. ground beef
1 pound sausage
1 small onion chopped very fine
4 tsp Sauers chili powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 c Wesson Oil
1 Bay Leaf
4 cups water (add slowly)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except bay leaf) well (preferably with hands). Do not brown meat. Add water slowly and stir often to keep the meat separated, so it does not lump up. Add bay leaf as meat cooks.
