2 lbs. hash browns (8 cups)
1/4 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients and place in a 9x13 pan. Saute corn flakes in butter and place on top of potatoes. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or more.
