2 C raisins
1/2 C boiling water
3 tsp lemon juice
1/2 C sugar
2 Tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put raisins in boiling water for 5 minutes. Sift sugar with flour and stir into baking mixture. Cook until thick, add lemon juice. Pour into pie tin lined with pastry. Cover with pie crust and bake in moderate oven (350º - 375º F).
