Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 Box Strawberry Cake Mix 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened 1/2 Cup Butter, softened 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips 1 Cup Powdered Sugar 1/2 Cup Sprinkles

Directions:	Directions: Allow cream cheese and butter to come to room temperature. Combine cream cheese and butter in mixer and cream together. Add egg and beat on medium until combined. Add cake mix to mixture, 1/2 of the box at a time and beat on medium until dough is formed. Stir in white chocolate chips. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Divide dough into 1 inch balls, roll each ball in powdered sugar and sprinkles. Place on baking sheet and chill in the fridge for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Remove from fridge and bake for 8 minutes and add 2 minutes as needed until done. Don't over bake. Cookie bottoms should be light brown. Remove from oven and allow cookies to rest for 2 minutes before transferring to wire rack. Store in airtight container.
