1 can white chunk chicken breast (12.5 oz)
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
I tsp. mustard
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain chicken breast and break up chunks with a fork.
Add chopped hard boiled eggs, relish, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
If too dry, add more mayonnaise.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
