1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup softened butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cup quick oats
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup skor bits ( can substitute with heath bar or toffee chip)
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup dried craisins

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Add flour and baking soda & mix.
Add rest of ingredients.
Bake t 350 for 10-12 minutes.

Tip - For chewy cookies, remove while center is soft, they will firm up as they cool.
