1 lb. hamburger (½ beef, ½ pork)
2 eggs
4 slices of white bread
⅓ c. grated parmesan cheese
¼ c. fresh parsley or celery leaves
1 minced clove of garlic
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Moisten bread in water or milk. Squeeze out the excess. Combine all the ingredients and mix. Form balls with minimum amount of pressure. Fry on medium heat turning often.
