Ribs (approximately 1 pound per person)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Rinse and unfold ribs
Place in open roaster

Bake in oven for 1-1½ hours (until fat burns off)
Turn ribs over after 45 minutes

Drain some fat

Pour in rib sauce (see separate recipe)

Cover and bake 1 more hour
