2 cups packed basil
2 cloves of garlic
2/3 cup of olive oil (divided 1/2 and 1/3) (as written on Gram's recipe)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup pine nuts
pepper

Directions:

Wash and dry fresh basil leaves.
Combine basil, garlic and pine nuts in food processor. Coarsely chop.
Add 1/2 cup of olive oil and process until smooth.
Add the remainder of the olive oil and parmesan cheese, process until smooth
