1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup softened butter
1 cup oil

2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups plus 4 Tbs flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the first 4 ingredients together until sugar is almost disolved and mixture is light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.

Combine Flour, soda, cream of tartar, and salt.

Add to butter mixture and beat well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet sprayed with pam. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
