1 cup blanched almonds
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Place almonds and butter in a shallow baking pan.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle salt and ginger over nuts; toss. Serve warm.
