1 c. flour, sifted
1 t. baking powder
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 T. vegetable oil
sliced onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Beat egg and milk and add flour mixture until smooth.

Dip onion rings in batter and coat ¼ inch thick. Fry in oil heated to 350º
