1 ¼ cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
3 lb broiler fryer chicken, cut up
1/3 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. Grease 9 X 13 in baking pan. Mix cheese, salt and pepper. Dip chicken into butter and then coat with cheese mixture.


Arrange chicken skin side down in pan. Pour remaining butter on chicken. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake uncovered for 20 minutes longer or until done.
