For the honey mustard dressing:
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup yellow mustard
1/2 cup raw honey
1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice

For the salad:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 lb cherry tomatoes
1 large cucumbers, diced
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1 cup feta cheese (or mozzarella)
7.5 cups mixed baby greens

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat until hot. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then add to the hot pan. Cook, flipping occasionally , until the chicken is well browned on both sides and cooked throughout, about 10-12 minutes. Once cooked, remove from pan and let cool. Then, dice into bite sized cubes.

Mix dressing ingredients and stir until smooth.

Divide dressing between 5 mason jars. Next add a layer of tomatoes (whole) then chicken breast. Top with cucumber, followed by almonds. Top with cheese, then fill jar to the top with greens.
