Crust
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
¼ cup softened butter
1 cup whole pecans

Caramel Layer
2/3 cup butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. In large mixer bowl combine all crust ingredients except pecans. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often until well-mixed and particles are fine (2 to 3 minutes). Press on bottom of 9x13 pan. Sprinkle pecans evenly over unbaked crust.

3. In 1 quart saucepan combine butter and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly til boils. Boil 1 minute. Pour over pecans and crust.

4. Bake 18 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Allow to melt 2-3 minutes. Swirl chips leaving some whole. Cool and cut.
