1 envelope plain gelatin
1/3 C cold water
1/2 C sugar
2/3 C white corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In top of double boiler, soften 1 envelope of plain gelatin in cold water. Then place top over boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Pour white corn syrup in a large mixing bowl and add vanilla and gelatin/sugar mixture. Beat on highest speed until mixture is white and the consistency of soft marshmallows, about 12-15 minutes.
