1 - 18 oz box red velvet cake mix
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Beat cake mix butter and eggs together until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Form into balls about 1 to 1 1/2 tsp in size and place 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Bake 8-11 minutes or until tops look set. Cool on pan then transfer to rack.
