¾ cup sugar
¾ cup butter
1 egg
1 cup cooked mashed carrots
2 cups flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and carrots and vanilla and mix together. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Drop rounded spoons full on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes. Frost while still warm with icing sugar, butter, grated orange rind and orange juice.
