Ingredients:  
1 loaf bakery italian/white bread
1 medium onion
1 stick of butter
3-4 cloves of garlic minced
4 eggs
3-4 chicken livers
parsley


Directions:
Directions:
Dry bread on paper for one day
Put in pan of cold water to get bread wet
Squeeze out the water

Fry 1 medium onion chopped in 1 stick of butter until clear

Add fried onion to bread
Add 3-4 cloves of minced garlic
Add 3-4 chicken livers cut in small pieces
Add 4 eggs
Add parsley

Mix well

Bake in glass pan 1½-2 hours at 350 º (I think)(or stuff chicken or turkey)
Should have crust on top when done
