1 cup date paste
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla
2.5 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp himalayan pink salt
1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup arrowroot powder
1 cup chocolate chips

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In food processor pulse date paste, coconut oil, vanilla.

Mix flour, baking soda, salt, cocoa, arrowroot powder. Slowly add to date paste mixture and pulse until dough forms.

Transfer dough to parchment paper and knead in chocolate chips. Form into ball and refrigerate 30 minutes.

Tablespoon size scoops onto baking sheet. Gently press down to flatten to 1/4 inch thick.

Bake 7-9 minutes until edges are set.

Store sealed container 5 days or freeze.
