2lbs beef
1 24oz jar store bought sauce of your choice
2 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
12oz beef stock or broth
2 large garlic cloves
1/2 cup fresh basil (optional)
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 1/2 cups fresh tomato (optional)
1/2 small onion finely chopped
1/4 cup heavy cream (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

1. In a pot warm oil and sauté onion for about 2 minutes
2. Add ground beef and brown on high heat
3. When the beef is half way cooked turn down heat to medium low and add balsamic vinegar and cook until you no longer smell or taste vinegar. Add garlic and cook for 30-45 seconds.
4. Add the sauce and use stock or broth to sauce jar and shake to get remaining sauce from jar before adding to the beef.
5. Add fresh tomato, basil, oregano, and heavy cream and simmer for 15-20 minutes

No one will believe that a jar sauce was used in this recipe. Even without the fresh herbs, tomatoes and cream this sauce is incredible.
