2 sticks unsalted butter ( 1/2 lb)
2 cups sugar
4 Eggs
2 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 cup sweet cocoa
1 cup black coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour ( use tooth pick when inserted and batter should be clean)
Mix butter and sugar
Combine well
Add eggs and beat very well
Combine sifted flour,
BP, cocoa into a bowl alternate mixed flour, by, and cocoa with coffee ending with dry ingredients into butter, sugar, and egg mixture, add vanilla to complete.
Butter and flour Bundt Pam , 12 cup capacity works best and bake as stated above.
Allow cake to cool to touch. Carefully rim the edges of cake and invert.
Chocolate ganache or glaze can be poured over cooled cake if desired. Will make it very rich.
Serve with ice cream / whipped cream.
